Program Description

Event Details

Do you wonder why things fall down and other things balance, or why water sometimes makes droplets and other times puddles? Why it’s foggy in the fall and winter but not usually in the summer? Why does sand become quick or would rocks float on lava? Mr. Shane wonders about all these things too and is ready to share what he’s learned with fun experiments at the library!

We will examine some kinetic (movement) forces and how they work, as well as how tension stores energy.
