Improve flexibility, bone strength, circulation, heart health, and stability all while sitting down! We will take it nice and easy in this exercise program, as we gently guide you through simple movements that will loosen up your joints and muscles. Chair exercises are a great way to be social and get some exercise in - all while sitting down!
