Physical Beauty: Starting with How People View Us

We'll begin by looking at our outside because we often judge ourselves as harshly as others view us. Come prepared to look into a mirror and become more comfortable in your own skin.

This workshop is part of a series. You do not need to attend one, to attend another. Join us for any you can make! Registration is requested for all Living Over 50 programs.

It's a New You: Six-Part Series once a month on Fridays 2:00pm-4:00pm at the Crest Hill Branch

We'll begin by looking at our outside because we often judge ourselves as harshly as others view us. Then continue by looking at our health, how we can all improve, and how we struggle, especially as we get older. Learn how to take a breath and attend to your mental and emotional needs. Lean within and listen to stories that will touch your spiritual side and leave you feeling inspired. We’ll end our journey shining on the inside and smiling on the outside!
