Join us for our an off site "Noir in a Bar" book discussion! This event will take place at Iron&Glass Taproom & Bottleshop, located at 632 S. Weber Rd in Romeoville, IL.

Participants are invited to gather at 6:30pm for a social half hour before our 7pm book discussion.

July's book is Silver Nitrate by Silvia Moreno-Garcia.

"From the New York Times bestselling author of The Daughter of Doctor Moreau and Mexican Gothic comes a fabulous meld of Mexican horror movies and Nazi occultism: a dark thriller about the curse that haunts a legendary lost film-- and awakens one woman's hidden powers." ~ Goodreads

Drinks are optional if participants wish to make an Iron and Glass purchase. Participants may BYOF and/or there are nearby eateries to order food from (ask staff for suggestions). Library staff will provide an appetizer.

Copies of this book will be available one month prior to the discussion and can be picked up at the Romeoville Branch Library's Adult Services Desk and will be due back one week after the book discussion date.
