Some things meant to be broken… Rules. Kit-Kat bars. Glow sticks. And also, piñatas! Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by creating your very own Sugar Skull Piñatas. Though piñatas may take some time to create, they’re worth the effort (and candy!)
