Once Upon a Fairy Tale: A History

All of us are familiar with at least some fairy tales- you most likely read or heard some as a child; revisited old favorites or learned of new ones in more recent years; or perhaps have a favorite show or movie with a fairy tale theme, but how much do you know about the origins of fairy tales? In this program, we'll delve into the beginnings of some of the more popular fairy tales, and into how "old becomes new" as fairy tales adapt and endure sometimes for hundreds of years after they are first told.
