Enjoy this demo teaching new ways to cook and sample different plant-based food options. Learn more about Whole Food Plant Based lifestyle.

What do we mean when we discuss eating a whole food plant-based (WFPB) diet? To put it in the simplest of terms, we mean following a dietary pattern that focuses on eating plants in as close to their natural “as grown” condition as possible. It’s a dietary pattern proven to promote health at ALL stages of life from infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and the elderly. Plant Based Nutrition Movement

Craig Theimer completed the Forks-Over-Knives online cooking school for plant-based cooking in the Fall of 2017 and has been demonstrating these methods of cooking. He was a PlantPure Nation Pod leader in Plainfield, IL. He is excited to be part of the PBNM.org organization, (Plant Based Nutrition Movement). He taught horticulture at two high schools for 34 years, beginning in Rochelle, Illinois and retiring from Naperville Central high school after 25 years. He received his Associate degree in Horticulture at Joliet Junior College and Bachelor and Masters’ degrees at the University of Illinois.
