During this one-hour presentation, you will learn the power your Body possesses and how taking care of it can provide a solid source of well-being. Through a series of exercises and life hacks, Cantrell-Kraig teaches you how to apply scientifically-based ways to strengthen your physical self, enabling you to increase your happiness levels naturally. You'll also learn crucial Happiness Habits® that will help you change your Happiness Set Point® so that you can become Happy For No Reason®.
