Event Details
Have you heard of Diego Rivera, the famous Mexican muralist? Murals usually tell a story and are found in public spaces. This multicultural art lesson on Diego Rivera will include 2 different murals where you will try to recreate at least 1. You will be given a numbered piece of Diego Rivera's murals and an 8x11 cardstock to recreate that exact artwork. In the end we will collaborate recreating the art pieces to create 2 separate murals and display in the library for 2 weeks.
Make sure to wear appropriate art clothing in case of any messes.
Intended ages 4-12.
