Crafting Herbal Blends with Marcy Lautanen-Raleigh

Join us as Marcy Lautanen-Raleigh, owner of Backyard Patch Herbs, gives an insightful talk about the various methods and materials to create several dips, dressings, and spreads. Flavor families, herb selection, methods of blending and melding herb flavors are discussed.

There will be a blending demonstration and samples will be available. Once students are well-versed in herb flavors they will have the opportunity to create their own blend!
