Join culinary arts instructor Violeta Trujeque, owner of Violet Velvet Cooking Classes, in a cultural and cooking presentation of Arroz con Leche (rice pudding) and Horchata (sweet drink made out of rice). This is the perfect program to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Samples will be provided!
