In this culinary demonstration program Chef Susan Maddox will discuss the history as well as the making of the tasty holiday dessert known in France as buche de Noel (or Yule log).  Guests will learn how to make jellyroll, coffee buttercream, and bittersweet orange chocolate ganache.  All of these components will make a wonderful holiday dessert.
