Learn the art of small batch fruit preserving with Madelaine Bullwinkel owner of Chez Madelaine Cooking School! Madelaine will share up-to-date techniques that make the process easy and safe whether you're a jam expert or complete beginner. The 40th anniversary edition of her cookbook Artisanal Preserves includes jam-ready breads and desserts and will be for sale at this event.
This program will be offered twice on the same date. There is a 10:00am session and 2:00pm session. Registration is non-transferrable between sessions. Please ensure you are signing up for the correct session. This is the registration for the 10:00am session.
Madelaine Bullwinkel is a graduate of Smith College, the University of Chicago, and L’Academie de Cuisine. She has been teaching for more than 45 years at Chez Madelaine, her home-based cooking school, which has been featured in Bon Appétit and Better Homes and Gardens. She lives in Lemont, IL.
