Just in time for our summer reading theme, Level Up at Your Library, we will be welcoming award-winning children's author, Kate Hannigan, to talk about and read from her picture book biography for young readers, Blips on a Screen: How Ralph Baer Invented TV Video Gaming and Launched a Worldwide Obsession.
