All summer long (June through most of August), library visitors of all ages had picked up their art tiles at the Romeoville Branch Adult & Teen Services desk and created self portraits, or designed creations of favorite living beings or things. Our community art project installation is planned for early September.
It's time to view our public art piece together, and to celebrate! At this reception, we will have a sign-up sheet so participants can take turns telling others about their creation and what community art means to them. We thank those of you who contributed and those of you who are interested in attending this event to support our community~ and art!
Light refreshments will be served.
