The Visions of Coffee documentary produced and Directed by Dr. Matthew Krystal, explores parallels in the way farmers conceptualize relations among people and relations between human beings and the natural world.
Join us for the screening of part 1, The Memories of Coffee and part 4, The Future of Coffee of this documentary.
The Memories of Coffee: explores the history of coffee in the lives of farmers in the community of San Lucas, and in Guatemala.
The Future of Coffee: Farmers discuss hopes and aspirations for themselves and their children.
This event is in partnership with The Coffee Lab of North Central College.
