What’s the difference between a will and a trust? Should you have one or the other, or both? Come learn the basics of how to pass your assets, including your home, to your heirs with the least fuss. You will also learn:

  • Why you want to avoid probate if possible, and how to do that.
  • Powers of attorney and how they can be a part of your planning.
